My name is Tom and I currently live on Cape Cod for at least one more year before I go out to college. I currently attend a private school, Cape Cod Academy, and work for my parents who run/own a gas station.

I can describe myself in a few simple words, paranoid, worrisome, and confused. I'm truly paranoid and expect the worst in most scenarios in order to best avoid them or prepare myself for the brunt of such an event. Oddly enough it's not always that problem that I worry about that comes about, but usually a positive outcome. I worry, about friends, about family, about losing friends or family, and just about other things. I worry when I shouldn't and it has so far cost me a friendship I think. I'm confused about the world itself on a general basis. I don't understand people and how they work, nor do I understand why people are always assholes to one another or they hurt one another and don't seem to care that they've done it.

That's my bad side, now for my good side. I'm kind of an artsy person, I love looking at art or statues, and I love owning pieces of fine work. I love music, simply put and I have a unique taste which encompasses genre's from Folk to Gregorian chants. I only dislike Rap and Heavy Metal music...I'm sorry, but I've tried and I just can't get into them. Give me Mozart's Requiem any day. I'd like to think of myself as a loyal person when you've earned my trust, but otherwise I misinterpret or doubt. If you have a problem with me, tell me rather than hiding it behind a false smile. Right now, I'm currently just scared about losing friends, I'd like to change a line of Takeda Shingen's from Samurai Warriors (an excellent game for the PS2) "My friends are my treasures, I will not let one of them die."
